Vibhuti Sharma is a leadership coach and corporate trainer who specializes in contextual coaching. He conducts transformational training for leadership teams, management teams and entrepreneurs.
He has over 24 years of corporate experience having worked with major consulting companies such as McKinsey & Co., A.T. Kearney and Ernst & Young.
He has worked on international and domestic assignments for the top 100 fortune clients across the globe delivering growth strategies and operational efficiencies.
During his corporate career, he has also appraised more than 60 projects across sectors for capital financing and has set up SBUs from a drawing board stage, which included creating business plans, governance model, pricing, utilization based costing, delivery models.
He has had a long and enriching association with a training & development company working to enhance the quality of people’s lives worldwide. He has completed their ‘Curriculum for Living’ and several Leadership, Self-Expression and Communication courses. He was a *Seminar Leader* and led ‘Leaders Training Programs’. During the past few years, he has made a difference to the lives of hundreds of people, empowering them to live a life they love!
Vibhuti has led company based trainings to improve employee work efficiency and employee connect with the goals of their company. In Ernst & Young, Vibhuti has also led culture sensitivity trainings and employee appraisal trainings.
Vibhuti’s approach to coaching allows people to get into sustained action. He uses a mix of contextual coaching with the design of the brain based coaching to ensure people identify their key strengths, develop the ability to identify their stops, and then use the tools of the brain to gain mastery over those very actions. He brings honesty, ease and self-awareness to his coaches in all his trainings.
Vibhuti has done his graduation in B.Com (Honors) from Hansraj College, Delhi University, and his post graduation in Masters in Business Administration from Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University.
